The French in Boalsburg -- 2013

Six delightful and delighted young French graced the Boal Mansion in the summer of 2013 but not all at once. From two in June to just one in August, they spread themselves out over the summer. The result was four trips to Washington DC and the famous battlefield in Gettysburg and to a wide range of local festival visits plus a great deal of sports -- especially swimming and Ultimate Frisbee -- with the young American museum guides and their friends.  Through it all, learning English was the prime directive, with sports and music not far behind.
