Celebrating Independence Day

We celebrated the Boal family's connection with Richard Henry Lee, Signer of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, with a garden party and a reading of the Declaration at the Boal Mansion. A few days later, we read the Declaration at the community's much bigger celebration on the Penn State campus where we had ice cream with our Congressman and the President of Penn State University.
