The walking tour of Boalsburg is intended to provide an experience for the visitor to appreciate the history of the village. However, some of the buildings in the walking tour are now private residences. We ask that you do not bother the occupants of such residences, so as to protect their privacy.
If for any reason a resident of one of the buildings on the walking tour wishes to be removed from it, please email us at [email protected] and we will remove you from the tour. If you have any corrections or additions to the information contained within the walking tour, feel free to email us at [email protected] so we can improve the tour. We do ask that you include 'Walking Tour' in the title of the email to help us get in contact with you faster.
As for the tour itself, there is no specific route. Clicking on the link below will take you to a map that has markers to indicate the positions of the various buildings that are part of the walking tour. There is also a blue marker on the page which uses your mobile device's GPS to display your current location. Simply click on any of the red markers and you will be taken to a page with a photo of the building as well as a few paragraphs describing the history of the building. Enjoy the tour!
