Original use:  Research not yet completed. Currently used as: Verandah Bed & Breakfast
                                 
Items of note:  built by Cornelius Dale.  In 1845 purchased by Joseph and Maria Swinehart with daughter Julia.  In 1895, the Swineharts left the property to the Lutheran Church.  It was used as a parsonage until the 60s.  Several additions  have been made.  Recently the building and grounds have undergone major restorations for its new use as a Bed & Breakfast.
