Live Music Sundays at Tussey Mountain Ski Lodge

Chris Lee

Tussey Mountain Ski Lodge invites the public to drop in either from the slopes or directly from the street to enjoy the music of Chris Lee. This talented musician is returning for his fourth season to play in the main room Sundays in January and February at 3 PM. (Except February 10, 2008 -- no music that day).

“High quality, low volume music in an all-ages, smoke-free atmosphere” is how Chris describes what he offers.

Who could ask for more? You! “More” is the bar and cafeteria service at the Lodge, so come out with your family and enjoy some music, food and beverages, whether you're a skier or just someone who likes to enjoy a pleasant outing with some nice people on a winter's Sunday afternoon. And admission is always free!

Diversity? Guest musicians are a regular feature of Sunday afternoons and, in fact, Chris welcomes impromptu musical talent from budding rock stars in the open-mike atmosphere. You might hear Beatles and you might hear Franz Ferdinand. You might hear Delta blues and you might hear Nirvana. But you will hear good music at a volume at which you can enjoy both the music and conversations with your friends, old and new, in Tussey's fireside room.

Ready for stardom? Bands or acts who would also like to sit in and have some time in the Tussey limelight, can email Chris at chris@boalmuseum.com and set up a time to take over the stage. Bring your own instruments.
