He was employed in the King tax-collector office, law expert, then, having settled with his sons in Paris, was warehouseman in Franciade and finished as a city-toll Collector, probably at the toll-house of Saint Denis. He is dead here, before his wife Marie Jacqueline Josephe Ledon who died the 2nd of May 1795. At this time, the town of Saint Denis bore the republican name of Franciade-lès-Paris | |||||
