1. Minutes: John Wainright. Meeting of February 20, 2008 (attached).
   1. Possible motion: To approve the minutes of February 20 with any amendments.
2. Treasurer's report of April 14, 2008 (attached). Bob Flipse:
   1. Possible motion. To approve the treasurer’s report with any changes.
3. Revenues and expenses: Bob.  Authorize payment of any bills.
   1. Possible motion: To authorize payment of all bills to date.
4. History brochure: Cindy Shaler
   1. Results of brochure solicitation – see attached list. Additional names to solicit.
   2. Status of grant application to Visitors Bureau (3/31 deadline) – John
   3. Reprint plan: changes, costs, schedule - Cindy
   4. Shipping of newly printed brochures to PA on Display – Maria
   5. Distribution of brochures locally – All. Make list of places and distributors.
5. Boalsburg 200^th
   1. Redesign of sign at parklet at Duffy’s by May 26. Total cost $200: present draft for BVC edits and approval – Annie-hannah.

                                                               i.      Possible motion: To approve the design as edited and authorize installation.

2. BVC/200^th calendar insert for Memorial Day Banner – cost and content, verify contact information for groups.

                                                               i.      Possible motion: To approve the insert and authorize the cost.

3. Calendar of events – Chris
4. 200^th meeting scheduled for April 24, 7:30, Township building – Chris.
5. Memorial Day 2008. John.
   1. Speaker: Bruce Gamble, Military historian and former resident of Boalsburg.
   2. Volunteers for BVC table on square, 9 am to 5 pm.
6. Hometown Christmas– Bob and Hometown Christmas representative
   1. Status of the effort?
   2. Coordination of December 2008 with Boalsburg 200^th?
   3. Request for quarterly financial reports and share of interest income.
7. Regular membership meeting: June or July. Date, location, agenda and program - Chris
8. Next newsletter. Cindy:
   1. Date and content – before general meeting. Articles by everyone based on their role and interests. Include community news.
   2. To membership only or township-wide?
   3. Do not use Harris Township list since it only goes to registered residents, not to all postal patrons including new people in the community.
9. Communications: Phone Tree. Recruit for Memorial Day booth and inform of upcoming general meeting. Get email addresses. – Maria and John
10. Draft of a bylaw change to allow an email vote by the board between meetings. Requires two-thirds vote at a membership meeting after notification at least five days prior to the meeting. – John
11. Status of inventory of BVC items at Heritage Museum - John
12. Sign at Church and Boal. Cost of two different designs -- Linda.
13. Draft of proposed membership survey – Annie-hannah
